Responsibilities:

To be responsible for litigations (MACT Cases / Consumer Complaints / High Court Matters) in State of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
Handle Motor Accident Claims
Handle Employees Compensation Cases
Handle Consumer Cases at various Forays constituted under Consumer Protection Act
Handle Ombudsman Complaints
Respond to Legal Notices
Advising other functions on Legal issues
Maintenance of MIS and various reports related to litigations profile
