- Should have experience in:
- Litigation – Consumer; Property; Recovery etc..,.
- External Lawyers – Co-ordination with external counsels
- Case Management – Management Reporting; Feedback from concerned business teams etc.,
- Contract Management - Drafting; Reviewing and Negotiating Contracts
- Should be well versed in laws and regulations and should be able to tender opinion/advice on day to day basis, preferably Sales and Marketing issues of manufacturing company
- Should be self-motivated and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
- Should be able to speak English and Hindi fluently.
- Should be hard working and willing to travel on short notice.
- Should be ready and willing to relocate to any part in India, if required
- Experience in Automotive sector as in house counsel is preferable
