Job Role
Scrutiny and approval TSR/ Legal Report Provide advice / suggestions to the business on acceptance of the TSR/ creation of mortgage.
Compliance of registration and stamping requirement on each of the deviations as per the policy.
Highlight the risk while accepting the collateral / security and creation of mortgage.
Drafting NOC, MOU etc - all the business related communication.
Driving Central legal team business.
Mandatory Skills Required
Good exposure and knowledge of Legal processes
Industry and competition knowledge on similar products, field experience.
Experience in managing legal processed
Strong verbal/written communication skills.
LLB / LLM with min 8 years of experience in Real Estate & mortgages
