Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and partnership contracts.
Manage and support intellectual property matters, with a primary focus on trademarks, including filings, renewals, and coordination.
Working knowledge of data privacy and data protection laws, including familiarity with India's DPDP framework or global privacy concepts.
Support the adoption and implementation of legal automation tools and contract management systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
Partner closely with internal business, operations, product, and technology teams to provide timely legal support and practical, business‑oriented advice.
Assist in maintaining and updating standard contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal processes.
Support the Head of Legal on ongoing legal initiatives, compliance requirements, and ad‑hoc matters as required.
Coordinate with external legal advisors where necessary to ensure effective and cost‑efficient outcomes.
Exposure to international markets would be an add-on

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate would possess:

A degree in law from a recognised institution.
Proven expertise in intellectual property and data privacy laws
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing legal risks.
