Job Description

Key Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of work experience in legal role involving compliance and contracts management.
  • Strong experience in Contract Management (drafting to closure) US & Commercial Contracts
  • Good understanding of US GDPR and Data Privacy regulations
  • Strong experience in contract review based on business needs
  • Exposure to compliance areas including IT, Labour, Data Privacy, and Audits
  • Strong communication skills
  • Qualification: LLB (CS preferred)

Additional Preferences:

  • Experience working with GCC/Strong background in US contract management
