Requirements

AQUILAW is seeking a high-caliber candidate with the following profile:

Education: Law graduate from a premier law school in India or abroad, qualified to practice in India.
Experience: 02 years of post-qualification experience specifically in commercial litigation matters.
Drafting Skills: Strong grasp of drafting various legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of the principles of commercial litigation and arbitration before diverse courts and tribunals.
Soft Skills: High degree of attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.

Practice Focus

The Commercial Dispute Resolution team at AQUILAW manages a broad spectrum of high-stakes matters:

Arbitration: Handling both domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
Litigation: Representing clients in contractual disputes, recovery suits, and tender-related matters before the Calcutta High Court and various tribunals.
Specialized Disputes: Involvement in Insolvency (IBC) proceedings, shareholder disputes, and regulatory investigations.
