Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including legal notices, declarations, agreements, undertakings, and other legal correspondence
- Review and organize legal and project-related documentation for legal accuracy and completeness
- Conduct legal research on real estate laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements, including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), local land laws, and related regulations
- Support the team in day-to-day legal and compliance tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution of legal documentation
