We are seeking a diligent and proactive Legal Intern to support our In-house Legal Department. This role offers hands-on exposure to the fast-paced cosmetics industry, focusing on Intellectual Property, Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Governance. The intern will work directly under the Legal Team to assist in safeguarding the brand's global interests and ensuring operational excellence.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in managing the global trademark portfolio across regions such as UAE, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, including conducting preliminary trademark searches and tracking status
- Draft and review initial versions of legal documents including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and influencer collaboration agreements
- Conduct regulatory research on CDSCO guidelines, Legal Metrology Rules, and the Code on Wages, 2019 to support policy updates
- Support litigation processes by preparing case briefs and maintaining trackers for matters in the Delhi High Court and District Courts
- Assist in compliance and governance activities, including documentation for POSH proceedings and applications for trade licenses and shop and establishment registrations
- Compile evidence and documentation for internal investigations and police complaints related to employee misconduct
