Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Head of Finance role located in Gurugram. The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing financial strategies, analyzing financial data to guide decision-making, and managing financial risks. The role requires collaboration with leadership to align financial goals with strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and corporate governance
• Payroll, Statutory compliances, Vendor payments, AR/AP
• Proficiency in financial analysis, risk management, and decision-making
• Strategic leadership and team management skills to oversee finance teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; preference for CPA or CFA certifications
• Experience in a technology-driven environment is a strong advantage
