Position: Legal Intern

Type: Full-Time, Trainee

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Land Acquisition: Assist in land due diligence and documentation for solar projects.
• Drafting and Contracting: Support drafting and review of PPAs, leases, and other commercial agreements.
• Legal Research: Research renewable energy laws and regulatory compliance.
• Administrative Assistance: Maintain legal records and assist with legal research and department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be a student currently pursuing the Bachelor of Laws.
