About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team and gain practical exposure to corporate law, contract management, compliance, intellectual property, and legal research. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or recent graduates looking to develop their legal skills in a fast-growing SaaS and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents including contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and vendor agreements.

Support legal team with compliance checks, legal audits, and regulatory filings.

Conduct legal research on corporate laws, IT laws, data privacy regulations, and labor laws.

Aid in managing intellectual property filings and documentation (trademarks, copyrights, etc.).

Assist in preparing legal summaries, risk assessments, and policy documents.

Coordinate with external legal counsel for documentation and litigation updates.

Help maintain and update internal legal databases and records.

What We're Looking For:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB / LLM).

Strong interest in corporate, IT, IP, and contract law.

Good drafting, research, and analytical skills.

Familiarity with Indian legal frameworks relevant to technology and SaaS industries.

Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with GDPR, IT Act, Data Privacy laws.

Exposure to intellectual property filings.

Basic understanding of corporate compliance processes.
