Legal - Intern

Job Summary

Kellogg Brown and Root Engineering & Construction India Pvt. Ltd. (KBR) is inviting applications for a Legal Intern to join its Technology Legal Department in Gurugram. This internship is of 6-12 Weeks (unpaid), offers valuable hands-on exposure to corporate legal functions within a global engineering and construction company.

Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Intern, you will gain practical experience by supporting the legal team in:

  • Contract management and documentation
  • Assisting in-house counsel on ongoing legal matters
  • Conducting legal research and analysis
  • Reviewing and drafting contracts
  • Supporting compliance and related regulatory activities

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be currently pursuing a law degree (in any year of study) in either:

  • a 5-year integrated LL.B. program, or
  • a 3-year LL.B. program

Preferred: Candidates from premier institutions such as NLUs, GGSIPU, Symbiosis, or equivalent.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of contract law
  • Familiarity with corporate legal processes
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
