Role Description

This is an Hybrid internship position for a Legal Intern located in Bengaluru South. The Legal Intern will assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, staying updated on regulatory changes, and supporting attorneys in preparing for litigation or consultations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in areas such as Intellectual Property, Corporate Advisory, and Dispute Resolution, contributing to the daily operations of the legal team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Legal Research and Analysis
• Strong skills in Drafting, Document Review, and Contract Preparation
• An understanding of Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law, and Dispute Resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree from an accredited institution
• Proficiency with legal databases and research tools is a plus
