About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Legal Intern to support our legal team in handling corporate legal matters, contract management, compliance, and legal research. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-time legal operations in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and legal documents
- Support corporate legal matters and compliance-related activities
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, regulations, and governance matters
- Assist in maintaining legal records, agreements, and documentation
- Support the legal team with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for legal requirements and clarifications
Eligibility Criteria- Final-year law student enrolled in:
- 5-year LL.B., or
- 3-year LL.B., or
- LL.M. program
- Prior internship experience with law firms or corporate legal departments
- Exposure to contracts, corporate law, legal drafting, legal research, contract management, and compliance
- Basic understanding of:
- Corporate governance
- Contract drafting and review
- Compliance matters
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
