Role Overview
This position sits inside the FLAP department and supports legal, HR compliance, and administrative governance functions. The role is execution-focused and requires strong coordination with Finance, Procurement, and Business teams.
You'll be responsible for protecting the company legally, keeping employment compliance tight, and ensuring documentation across vendors and employees is watertight.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal & Contract Management
Draft, review, and manage NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and procurement agreements
Support commercial contract negotiations with Sales and Procurement
Maintain contract repository and renewal tracker
Ensure legal vetting before vendor onboarding
- Corporate & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, IT regulations, and internal governance standards
Coordinate with external legal counsel and Company Secretary
Maintain statutory registers and corporate records
Track notices, legal correspondence, and dispute matters
- HR & Labour Law Compliance
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, employment agreements, and exit documents
Ensure compliance with labour laws
Draft and update HR policies (POSH, Code of Conduct, Leave, Remote Work, etc.)
Issue warning letters, show-cause notices, and disciplinary documentation
Support POSH compliance and documentation
- Procurement & Administration Support (Legal Oversight)
Review procurement contracts and vendor SLAs
Assist in due diligence of new vendors
Ensure contractual risk mitigation in procurement transactions
Support internal compliance audits
Qualifications
LLB (mandatory)
25 Years Of Relevant Experience In IT/technology Company
Strong knowledge of contract law and Indian labour regulations
Experience working cross-functionally with Finance and Procurement
Strong drafting and documentation skills
