  • Assess and substantiate claims with a strong focus on intellectual property considerations.
  • Provide corporate advisory and general regulatory reasoning support.
  • Collaborate on regional and global projects to ensure legal compliance and alignment.
  • Support product launches by offering legal guidance and ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Develop foundational legal frameworks to facilitate smooth operations within the Cosmetics/Toiletries sector.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating potential legal risks within the FMCG industry.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide solutions for legal challenges.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and their impact on the business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Strong knowledge of claim substantiation and intellectual property principles.
  • Experience in corporate advisory and regulatory reasoning within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to support product launches and manage legal compliance.
  • Capability to contribute to regional/global projects effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the legal domain.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
  • Educational qualifications in law or a related field
