Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Legal Executive role based in Goregaon. The Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents, providing legal advice to internal and external stakeholders, and supporting compliance with property law and conveyancing procedures. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all legal aspects of operations are effectively managed and aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law, with a strong understanding of Legal Advice and compliance practices
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and review
• In-depth knowledge of Property Law and Conveyancing processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly
• Certifications or licensure in legal fields is a plus but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Familiarity with contract management systems and digital documentation is an advantage
