1. Zero-Error Docketing:
Maintain the master schedule for all client matters (Patents, Trademarks, Designs).

Drafting and preparing standard IP forms (Forms 1, 3, 5, 9, 18, 26, etc.) independently.
Managing uploads and submissions via the ipindia.gov.in portal.
Handling formatting defects and clerical objections proactively.
3. Portal Management:
Daily monitoring of the E-register and hearing boards.
Downloading and organizing examination reports, hearing notices, and certificates immediately upon issuance.

Drafting professional status updates and reporting letters to clients.
Managing the follow-up loop to ensure client documents (POAs, signed forms) are received well before deadlines.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 2+ years of specific experience in IP Docketing or IP Operations.
Technical Proficiency: Fluent in the navigation of the IP India website and Comprehensive e-Filing module.
Trait: High Consistency and Discipline. You are organized by nature and prefer systematic workflows over ad-hoc tasks.
