Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts, including SaaS/software agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements
- Public Sector/RFP Support: Assist with legal review of public sector tenders and RFP responses
- Compliance: Support compliance programs across jurisdictions (UK, Ireland, US, Canada, and others), including data privacy and public sector requirements
