About the Role

We are looking for a Legal IT Contracts Specialist to support contract management, negotiations, and compliance for technology-related agreements. The role involves working closely with business,

procurement, and technology teams to manage legal risks while enabling business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of IT and commercial contracts, including:
• Master Service Agreements (MSA)
• SaaS / Cloud agreements
• Vendor and outsourcing contracts
• NDAs and data protection agreements
• Provide legal support on technology transactions, including software licensing, implementation, and support agreements
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, including data privacy and information security regulations
• Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, delivery, procurement, finance) for contract lifecycle management
• Support RFPs, bid documents, and client negotiations
• Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standard clauses
• Keep abreast of evolving legal and regulatory requirements in the IT/fintech space

Required Skills & Qualifications

• LLB / LLM from a recognized university
• 510 years of experience in IT contracts, technology law, or commercial contracts
• Strong understanding of IT services and software agreements
• Data protection laws
• Intellectual Property rights
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
