Legal:
- Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to factory-related laws, corporate laws and other regulatory compliances.
- Contract Review and Negotiation: Review, draft and negotiate various contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies and protecting the company's interests.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to minimize legal exposure for the company.
- Statutory Compliance: Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance across all business functions.
- Dispute Resolution & litigation: Assist in managing and resolving disputes and engaging external counsel when necessary.
- Legal Documentation: Prepare and maintain legal documentation, including contracts, policies and other legal records.

- Legal Knowledge: A strong foundation in legal principles and a comprehensive understanding of contracts, relevant laws and regulations and regulatory compliance – take ownership of your role
- Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze complex legal and compliance issues, identify potential risks, and develop practical solutions is crucial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Tamil) to effectively communicate legal and compliance requirements to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to objectively take a stand to defend the red lines regardless of hierarchy.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in reviewing and analyzing legal documents, contracts, policies, and compliance reports, ensuring excellent results for BSH

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified lawyer in India, ideally master's degree in law, excellent English & Tamil is a must,
- 2 to 4 years of working experience in an in a manufacturing set up.
- Experience in commercial, regulatory, corporate, statutory corporate compliances.
