Job Description

Lead legal oversight of mortgage and developer finance transactions, ensuring title and documentation integrity.
Advise on regulatory compliance, legal risk, and security structuring across lending portfolios.
Manage legal audits, counsel engagement, and ensure alignment with RBI, NHB, and SARFAESI guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise legal processes and support product innovation.

The Successful Applicant

Candidate with LLB/LLM qualification from a recognized law school
Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks including RBI, NHB, and SARFAESI.
Demonstrates exceptional leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
