Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor, supplier, and customer agreements.
Identify legal and business risks, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide legal support.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
Maintain an organised repository of all contracts and other documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

A degree in law from a recognized institution.
Proven experience in global contract drafting, negotiation, and management preferably for US and EU businesses, particularly in SaaS, licensing and technology sector.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks in the tech industry.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Excellent verbal, written communication skills, analytic skills and detail oriented.
