Key Responsibilities
Onsite Operations & Service Delivery
- Lead and support onsite teams, promoting best practices and efficient operations
- Implement, monitor, and improve building procedures and performance measures
- Oversee all operational activities, including soft services, pest control, civil and interior works, landscaping, and related facility services
Client Relationship Management
- Build trust and strong relationships with clients, proactively anticipating their needs
- Act as the go-to person for facility-related queries and escalations
- Maintain high client satisfaction through effective service delivery and team guidance
Strategic Planning & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with country leads on business strategy and operational improvements
- Participate in vendor selection, procurement, and service agreements
- Manage RFP processes, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, accruals, invoices, and transition phases
Health & Safety Leadership
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Implement and manage risk management programs
- Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures
Team Leadership & Culture
- Mentor, coach, and guide a team of 20+ members, promoting high morale and performance excellence
- Maintain a culture of teamwork, ethical practices, and inclusivity
- Lead by example and foster collaboration across diverse teams
Operational Excellence
- Prioritize and manage multiple operational tasks efficiently
- Deliver effective, long-term solutions for complex problems
- Apply analytical skills and judgment to handle ambiguity in high-pressure situations
