Job Description

  • Join the legal team for a major player in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.
  • Work directly with senior stakeholders on day-to-day functions.

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial vendor and customer contracts to manage legal and operational risk.
  • Conduct legal research to support business advisory.
  • Support compliance, governance activities, and dispute resolution through research, factgathering, and contract analysis.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external counsel to maintain accurate documentation and provide practical legal guidance.
  • Contribute to improving contract management processes and operational efficiency across the legal function.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • LL.B/LL.M
  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Professional experience within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor-side commercial contracting and legal research
