Job Description

  • Join the legal team for a major player in the B2B Retail industry.
  • Work directly with senior stakeholders on day-to-day functions.

Job Description

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
  • Handling general corporate work including corporate governance and compliance matters
  • Supporting M&A transactions, including due diligence, transaction documentation, and closing support
  • Working closely with business teams and coordinating with external counsel as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Counsel with minimum 3 years experience should have:

  • A law degree from a recognised institution.
  • Expertise in commercial contracts and general corporate work including corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, with experience in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Experience in the technology and telecoms industry or a related field.
