Opportunity to work with a major player in the healthcare industry
Work closely with senior stakeholders on day-to-day tasks

Job Description

Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements on both buyside and sellside transactions.
Build and maintain scalable legal operations tools, including contract playbooks, frameworks, and approval matrices.
Provide proactive legal advice to business teams on commercial risk, employment matters, and regulatory compliance.
Support strategic initiatives by ensuring strong governance and risk mitigation across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Legal Executive (Temp) should have:

LL.B/LL.M, 3-6 Years Experience
Strong commercial contracting and contract lifecycle management skills
Added exposure to M&A and familiarity with insurance regulatory frameworks is a plus
