Manager - Legal Compliance
Role Summary
To manage legal, contractual, and regulatory risks associated with gig workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review gig worker agreements, vendor contracts, and aggregator policies.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and labour litigation.
- Ensure compliance with evolving gig worker and platform regulations.
- Advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
- Monitor compliance under labour codes and social security provisions.
- Support in drafting SOPs, policies, and governance framework.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM with 510 years of experience.
- Prior experience in gig economy platforms or large workforce aggregator companies.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in handling multi-state legal matters.
