  • Candidate with 8-12 yrs PQE in both Legal & Compliance in BFSI should apply

Job Description

  • Develop legal strategies to enhance regulatory compliance and risk management across multiple jurisdictions- APAC/EMEA/US
  • Advised on transactional matters, data privacy, and crossborder legal matters
  • Handled legal proceedings related to regulatory matters, such as litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations.
  • Manage crossborder stakeholders and demonstrate team leadership by ensuring highquality legal and compliance outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal professional should have:

  • A degree in law from a recognised institution.
  • Strong expertise in regulatory legal & compliance within BFSI/Law Firm
  • Proven track record as a high performer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
