- Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Legal research and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel (trackers, data management, reporting)
- Familiarity with license management and maintaining compliance trackers
- Live management/monitoring of licenses and agreements
- Exposure to compliance tools and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
