VERTEXLEGAL LLP represents clients at prominent legal forums such as the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). Additionally, the firm is actively engaged in dispute resolution mechanisms like arbitration, mediation, and conciliation, and collaborates with NGOs to provide free legal aid and awareness.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Associate at VERTEXLEGAL LLP, based in New Delhi. The Legal Associate will handle daily tasks such as drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, and assisting in client consultations. The role involves engaging with court procedures, case preparation, and supporting litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.

Qualifications

  • LL.B degree from a recognized law school and enrollment with the Bar Council of India
  • PQE: 13 Years preferred in litigation, dispute resolution, or related legal practice
  • Strong knowledge of Law, including Constitutional, Civil, Criminal, Corporate, Matrimonial, and Banking & Finance
  • Experience in Legal Document Preparation and comprehensive understanding of legal terminologies
  • Exemplary Analytical Skills to assess complex legal issues and propose solutions
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction and representation
  • Proficiency in managing multiple cases and deadlines under minimal supervision
  • Experience in working with tribunals like NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, and other courts is a plus
