Role Description:

We invite applications for the position of Legal Associate Litigation. The selected candidate will work on contentious matters with a particular focus on tax litigation, while also gaining exposure to commercial, civil, and regulatory disputes. The role requires immediate availability, commitment, and willingness to travel to and from Vashi as part of regular assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings, petitions, affidavits, applications, and legal notices.
• Conducting comprehensive legal research and preparing case briefs.
• Assisting in the formulation of litigation strategy and providing legal opinions.
• Attending and assisting in proceedings before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
• Coordinating and briefing senior counsel.
• Managing case files, ensuring accuracy and timely filings.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognised university and Sanad.
• 13 years of relevant litigation experience (prior exposure to tax litigation is strongly preferred).
• Willingness to travel to Vashi as part of work.
• Demonstrated interest in tax litigation.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
