Key Responsibilities

* Core Tech & Privacy: Draft, review, and maintain foundational company documents, including Terms of Service (ToS), Privacy Policies, and user agreements.

* SaaS & Commercial Contracts: Negotiate, draft, and fi nalize SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and B2B partnerships in the tech space.

* Securities & Fundraising: Assist with the legal structuring and documentation for complex capital raises, equity fi nancing, and ongoing securities law compliance.

* Real Estate Law: Draft and review contracts, joint venture agreements, and legal documentation related to commercial real estate transactions.

* Strategic Growth: Act as a cross-functional legal partner, identifying potential risks, researching regulatory requirements in the fi ntech space, and supporting general growth initiatives.

* Employment & Internal Compliance: Draft, review, and manage employment agreements, consultant contracts, and internal HR policies to ensure legal protection and regulatory compliance
