Teamware Solutions is looking for a skilled professional with expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter, data protection, and Quality Assurance. You'll ensure robust functionality, uphold data privacy standards, and drive quality across our solutions in the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Guidewire ClaimCenter Expertise:
- Act as an SME for Guidewire ClaimCenter, contributing to its design, configuration, and implementation.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications within ClaimCenter.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ClaimCenter implementations.
- Data Protection & Privacy:
- Implement and enforce data protection and privacy policies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Conduct data privacy impact assessments (DPIAs) and recommend mitigation.
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive data within ClaimCenter and integrated systems.
- Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for Guidewire ClaimCenter and data protection features.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Enhance QA processes and methodologies, including test automation strategies for Guidewire.
- Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in all sprint ceremonies.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation for functionalities, test procedures, and data protection controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation, configuration, or support.
- Strong understanding of data protection principles and privacy regulations.
- Demonstrable experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
- Proficiency in designing and executing test cases and using test management tools.
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL queries.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Guidewire certifications.
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber) in Guidewire.
- Knowledge of insurance industry processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security.
