This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate (Registration Expert) at our office in Pune. The day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and managing legal documents, providing expert advice on property registration, analyzing legal issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. The candidate will frequently collaborate with clients and team members to address legal inquiries and provide tailored solutions.

• Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess legal risks and solutions
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
• Solid understanding of Legal Issues related to property and real estate
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• Knowledge of property registration processes and experience in real estate matters is an advantage
