Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Legal Associate role for Litigation and Conveyance teams. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for drafting of pleadings, appearing before court, research, case preparation and briefing to seniors. The Conveyance Associate will be responsible for conducting search and title verification, due diligence, audit of properties and legal document preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Legal skills, including legal research and analysis
• Experience in legal document preparation
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
