Legal Associate

Legal Associate with 6+ months of work experience required in a consulting organisation located at Mulund, Mumbai

Hybrid work model (2 days in office, 3 days from home)

JD:

- Draft, review, and vet investment agreements, corporate agreements, and other commercial contracts

- Provide legal support on investment structuring and business transactions

- Conduct legal due diligence and ensure regulatory compliance for business transactions

- Assist the CS in corporate filings, board resolutions, and regulatory compliance

- Liaise with external legal advisors, regulatory authorities , and internal stakeholders

* Support in SEBI, RBI, and Companies Act compliance, including statutory filings

- Stay updated with legal developments and corporate governance best practices

Salary up to Rs 30,000 per month (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
