Job Summary
MantraCare is seeking a Legal Advisor (India) to provide legal guidance and advisory support across corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with Indian laws and supporting business operations in the healthcare and digital services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on Indian corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory laws
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Ensure compliance with Indian legal and regulatory requirements, including labour and data protection laws
Advise management on legal risks and business decisions
Support dispute resolution, litigation strategy, and coordination with external counsel
Assist with governance, policy development, and compliance frameworks
Monitor legal developments in India and assess their impact on business operations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
3+ years of relevant legal advisory experience
Strong knowledge of Indian legal and regulatory frameworks
