As a product designer with UI expertise, you will shape polished, usable interfaces, evolve design systems and elevate the overall quality of our user experience.
What Youll Do
In this role you will :
- You will be expected to lead visual design for core surfaces, drive consistency across products and collaborate deeply across cross-functional teams.
- Own UI craft across responsive webapp experiences.
- Design high-fidelity interfaces, patterns and screens that scale across complex enterprise use cases.
- Evolve and maintain the Design system library and shared components.
- Translate user needs and product strategy into polished visual designs.
- Partner with product designers, ux researchers, product managers and engineers to shape and refine solutions.
- Contribute proactively to design reviews, critique and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, visually consistent ui designs that elevate product polish.
- Define and document ui principles, patterns and system guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure visual fidelity from figma to implementation.
- Balance design quality with delivery velocity to meet product deadlines.
- Advocate for UI excellence across design and product teams.
Who You Are
You have a strong UI foundation paired with product design instincts and can handle both detail-level execution and broader system thinking.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience with a clear emphasis on UI design.
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality, well-crafted UI work in enterprise contexts.
- Experience owning and evolving a design system.
- Strong figma skills with component-first workflows.
- Ability to partner deeply with engineering and product to drive outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing complex, data-heavy or workflow-driven saas products.
- Experience with accessibility and visual quality standards.
