Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lecturer role located in Hardoi. The Lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lessons, evaluating and assessing students academic performance, creating and updating curriculum materials, and providing academic guidance to students. Other responsibilities include maintaining records of attendance and performance and contributing to the academic environment by participating in departmental activities and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in subject specialization and an in-depth understanding of the curriculum in the relevant field
- Strong teaching, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to foster an interactive and inclusive learning environment
- Proficiency in developing lesson materials and utilizing educational technology
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject area, with preference given to candidates with doctoral qualifications
- Relevant teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Time management, organizational skills, and adaptability in managing academic responsibilities
