Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Lecturer in Chemistry specializing in NEET and JEE coaching. The Lecturer will prepare and deliver engaging chemistry lectures, guide students in mastering concepts and problem-solving strategies, and create tailored lesson plans for NEET and JEE aspirants. Responsibilities also include conducting laboratory sessions, evaluating student progress, and actively participating in academic research to ensure updated teaching methods and curriculum design.
Qualifications
- Expertise in General Chemistry and strong proficiency in Laboratory Skills
- Experience in Lecturing and a proven track record in delivering effective chemistry lessons
- Strong background in Education, particularly for NEET and JEE coaching
- Research capabilities to contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching methodologies
- Possession of an IIT degree and a B.Ed. qualification is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, classroom management capabilities, and a passion for teaching
- Proven ability to mentor and inspire students to excel in competitive exams
