Job Summary:
Responsible for driving leasing activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring maximum occupancy for commercial/residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, meet, and convert prospective tenants for leasing requirements
- Conduct property tours, explain project features, and address client queries
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporates
- Negotiate lease terms, prepare proposals, and coordinate documentation
- Track leads, maintain reports, and ensure timely closures
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and rental benchmarks
Requirements:
- Graduate with 13 years of experience in leasing (commercial/retail/residential)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to meet targets and manage multiple client interactions
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
