Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Leasing Manager to lead business expansion across the F&B and retail sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing prime properties while building strong, long-term relationships within the real estate and hospitality industries. This role demands excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, and a strong ability to develop and maintain professional connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure leasing opportunities for F&B outlets and retail formats in line with the company's expansion goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and landlords.
- Actively develop new connections and partnerships to create a consistent pipeline of viable properties.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental structures, and agreements that align with business and brand requirements.
- Conduct market research and location analysis to identify emerging opportunities and key catchment areas.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of potential properties, market intelligence, and stakeholder contacts.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance visibility and partnerships.
- Prepare detailed presentations, proposals, and reports for management decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in leasing, business development, or site acquisition, preferably within the F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong networking and connection-building skills with a broad industry contact base.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic mindset with an eye for high-potential locations and market growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate documentation and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
