Leasing Executive

LeaseKey is a commercial real estate investment advisory and high-end leasing service based in Gurgaon. With an inventory pool of over 1200 pre-verified and inspected commercial office spaces, LeaseKey provides clients with a powerful property search model. As a single window to Gurgaon's largest pool of commercial properties, LeaseKey aims to find the perfect workplace for each client.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Executive located in Gurgaon. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for managing commercial leases, conducting lease negotiations, and lease administration. They will also perform market research to identify trends, oversee property inspections, and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retain business.

• Proficiency in Commercial Leasing, Leases, and Lease Administration
• Strong skills in Lease Negotiations
• Experience in conducting Market Research
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
