Designation: - Leasing & CRM Operations Manager Commercial Properties
Indialand Group is hiring a dynamic and experienced Leasing and Customer Relations Manager to oversee leasing operations of Commercial Office Building / IT Park and enhance client relationships across our properties.
Location: - Coimbatore.
Work Exp:-Minimum 12 years.
CTC 15 to 20 lpa.
Key Responsibilities: -
Leasing Operations
- Manage leasing activities for office spaces and industrial properties.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates.
- Conduct property tours, negotiate lease terms, and finalize agreements.
- Coordinate tenant on-boarding, renewals, and exit formalities.
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to optimize pricing and positioning.
- Develop and implement policies necessary for improving the profitability and efficiency of a leasing department.
Maintain a strong network with real estate brokers, consultants, and corporate occupiers.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Organize client engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare leasing reports, occupancy metrics, and customer feedback summaries.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and company policies.
- Liaise with legal and finance teams for documentation and payment tracking.
Internal Stakeholder co-ordination
Work closely with Legal, Finance, Projects, Facility Management, Security, and Marketing teams.
Ensure timely billing, collection follow-ups, and adherence to lease terms.
Support management with leasing MIS, occupancy reports, revenue projections, and dashboards.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to lease terms, statutory norms, SEZ requirements
- Maintain accurate records of leases, renewals, client communication, and approvals.
- Support audits and management reviews with required leasing and CRM documentation.
Branding & Tenant Engagement
- Support tenant engagement initiatives, networking events, and branding activities within the commercial property.
- Coordinate with Marketing for property promotion, brochures, and corporate presentations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of commercial lease structures and documentation
- Market intelligence and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM tool (ZOHO would be an added advantage), Excel, and MIS reporting
