About The Role
Sberbank India is looking for an experienced Learning specialist to support education program for corporate functions in Delhi. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating Learning and Development strategies to strengthen organizational capabilities, enhance employee performance and support cultural transformation. The role requires deep understanding of regulatory requirements, cultural nitty-gritties, and nuances of a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business leaders to identify capability gaps and design learning roadmaps aligned to the needs of the company.
- Develop and deliver training programs on compliances, process awareness, excellence and leadership.
- Implement digital learning platforms and innovative learning solutions to scale learning across teams.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance metrics.

- Drive cultural transformation initiatives
- Support TM processes succession planning, capability building, competency mapping, behavior assessments, leadership programs.
- Lead engagement surveys, analyze insights and implement action plans,
- Facilitate change management programs for addressing challenges out of OD interventions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related field)
- Minimum 7+ years in business/non-tech recruitment, with a track record of closing diverse roles in the finance sector
- Strong sourcing and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel (data analysis/reporting).
- Multitasking and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of banking talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity
