About the Role
As a Learning Operations Intern, you'll play a critical role in supporting the seamless execution of training and enablement initiatives across the organization. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure learning programs run efficiently, timelines are met, and operational processes remain structured and organized. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring that planned activities are delivered on time. You'll gain hands-on exposure to learning operations, stakeholder collaboration, and program managementbuilding foundational skills in execution excellence and operational discipline. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Learning & Development, HR, Operations, and Business Stakeholders) to ensure smooth delivery of training initiatives, maintain accurate records, and drive accountability across programs.
