We are looking for a passionate individual to support in ideating and driving initiatives that improve learning and training effectiveness across INFC 3P network. The candidate should carry experience in training mechanism standardization and content development, data analytics and reporting, coaching and team development, and scaling training operations across multiple sites

Our team of regional managers and trainers ensures consistent training and development across INFC Core and 3P as well as heavy and bulky network. We collaborate with multiple partner teams to drive programs focused on hiring, training, and development initiatives

Key job responsibilities

  • Training Infrastructure & Standardization-Develop standardized training content and modules for all processes; benchmark training quality and processes against 1P Core and other miles 3P sites; establish consistent training mechanisms for ambassadors, CR and PS training across the entire 3P network, drive digital learning program for 3P
  • Digital Tools & Analytics-Build analytics capabilities to measure training effectiveness; create reporting mechanisms
  • Regional Training Oversight-Oversee training delivery across all 3P fulfillment centers; develop and coach Regional Trainers to build training capability
  • Progress Tracking & Governance-Track training progress and associate maturity levels across all sites; monitor certification completion and skill development
  • New Launch Coordination-Coordinate training programs for new site launches; ensure readiness of 3P L&D teams for new operations; support scaling of training infrastructure for network expansion

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a training role, including technical training, or a mix of training, performance management and coaching/mentoring, or experience with Learning & Development and course facilitation or an equivalent professional qualification
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS)
