Job Title: Learning Facilitator / Subject Specialist
Location: Singasandra, Bangalore
At WisdomWood High, Learning Facilitators are subject experts and learning guides who ensure conceptual depth, skill progression, and academic rigour. This role goes beyond teaching content, it focuses on enabling students to think critically, apply learning meaningfully, and grow as independent learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver concept-driven, skill-based instruction
- Ensure curriculum alignment with CBSE, NEP 2020, and IB-inspired practices
- Create a positive classroom culture and guide student learning habits
- Collaborate with academic teams and engage in continuous professional growth
- Design competency-aligned assessments and provide actionable feedback
- Engage in ongoing professional development to strengthen pedagogy, assessment literacy, and subject expertise
- Support school events, competitions, exhibitions, and enrichment programmes related to the subject area
- Communicate clearly with parents regarding subject expectations, progress, and assessment outcomes when required
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in subject/Education
- 38 years of teaching experience (Grades 310, CBSE or equivalent)
- Strong subject mastery and inquiry-based teaching skills
- Excellent English communication and digital fluency
- Google Certified Educator Level 1 & 2 Mandatory
