Job Title: Learning experience Head Role - Study Abroad @ upGrad
Overview: We are looking for a highly analytical leader to own revenue and after-sales operations, while continuously improving the customer journey and conversion funnel. The role involves leading large teams, managing escalations, driving product improvements, and building partnerships with universities and vendors to scale operations efficiently
Key Responsibilities
Own revenue outcomes and improve conversion across key stages of the
customer funnel.
Lead and manage large after-sales operations teams to ensure high customer
satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Handle critical escalations and implement systemic fixes to improve customer
experience.
Drive product enhancements by identifying customer journey gaps and working
with product/tech teams.
Build and manage partnerships with universities and vendors to support
business growth.
Leverage data, Excel, and AI tools to drive insights, automation, and
operational improvements.
Requirements : Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier 1 college. Proven experience leading large teams and managing revenue-linked operations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Advanced Excel skills and comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work. Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and scale processes.
